Detox – It’s important to start detoxification, getting rid of toxins from our bodies. In everyday life we are constantly being exposed to chemical hazards in the air, food and environment. Fasting or just consuming fruits and vegetables while drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day are great ways to detoxify our bodies.
Sleep – Having enough sleep at least 6-8 hours a day will make our skin healthier and make you feel younger. Having a good sleep is also important because growth hormone is working during that time. It renews the old cells in our body, including cells in our skin. So get your 6-8 hours of skin and your skin will look fresh and young!
Food – Eating healthy and safe food everyday will make our body fit, slim and you will also look younger! Try to eat more fish instead of red meat. Fiber rich food, vegetables, fruits, and supplements are important to consume. Drink more water and try to minimize beverages high in sugar.
Exercise – Through routine exercise, we will feel happier, energetic, and confident. It also increases our bone density and muscle which can make our body look 15-20 years younger. Beside aerobic, walking, and swimming, goes also to the gym to do lifting exercises.
Relax – Just by relaxing, your face will look younger. Stress and worries appear on our face. If we can manage our stress and feel at peace, our face will look younger and attractive.

Social Life – A happy social life can increase our spirit, bring a peaceful mind, and make us feel and look younger. Consider joining a club, church group, or hobby organization to connect with others who share your interests.
Intimacy – The combination of touch, passion, deep breath, movement and connective feelings with yourself and/or your partner, release signaling molecules, nitric oxide, and endorphins that brighten skin and relax the mind.
